Do you think you get better at Plyo or Core by doing the workouts over and over and over again? You get better because you challenge your body with things its not quite used to doing.

Most people are more than willing to fork over their hard-earned cash because they need help getting in shape. Otherwise they would already be healthy and fit. But even fewer still actually follow through with the hard part of actually doing it!

Especially when things start to get a little uncomfortable. There is no try. You signed up for P90X, not step class! Start thinking like Yoda. Do I know how to turn myself into a lean, mean muscle machine? I put in Yoga X for the first time, saw it was 90 minutes long and wanted to cry.

If you decide to skip yoga, it doesn't automatically give you the day off. The benefits of yoga on that particular day are just as important to your results as the cardio or weightlifting workouts the rest of the week. The equivalent would be to do about 45 minutes of body weight exercises like push-ups, dips, squats and lunges, followed by a minute ab workout and an hour or so of thorough stretching. You won't have a guided program for that, however. The best choice is to just bite the bullet and do Yoga X -- you might find that you enjoy it.
