The MIC is the place to learn more about getting involved on campus and meeting people with similar interests. Whether you are a new or returning student, make your mark at CSUN by discovering clubs and organizations , volunteer projects , fraternities and sororities , and resources for leadership development.

The MIC is here to support all of our students every step of the way: Get involved, make connections, and start the year off strong. The Matador Involvement Center MIC is the place to learn more about getting involved on campus and meeting people with similar interests. This program is estimated to take approximately minutes to complete. Skill and ability to oversee student organization complaint review processes and procures; determine facts, make tough decisions, and generate written reports and recommendations in a timely manner.

Demonstrated ability to develop policies, procedures, and written materials appropriate to the functions of the department; ability to effectively manage budget comprised of general fund, lottery and auxiliary revenues. Excellent written and oral communications skills with a broad range of diverse constituencies. Able to lead diverse teams to support the operational mission and vision of employers by fostering an ethical, inclusive and collegial work environment. Demonstrated ability to support ongoing improvement through courageous, resilient, and catalytic leadership.

Lead varying initiatives through a collaborative, service-oriented and communicative approach. Demonstrated commitment to employee development, recognition, and accountability to further operational goals. The University offers excellent fringe benefits. A fraternity or sorority can aid in student success by developing leadership skills and fostering a sense of belonging.

Fraternity and sorority students engage in high-impact programming meant to improve the overall college experience both socially and academically. As one of the largest student populations under the student-life umbrella, members are involved both in the campus community and in the community-at-large. Students who join fraternities and sororities at CSUN are taught the importance of active participation in community service projects.

Furthermore, members will be exposed to career opportunities through interaction with fraternity and sorority alumni. Students who are interested in giving to the community can do so with Unified We Serve , the campus volunteer program. Unified We Serve is a great avenue for students to begin the process of exploring community and volunteer opportunities.
